What are indicators of success?
We’re looking for advisors who have a genuine desire to help people find the right insurance product to protect what’s important to them. An optimistic attitude with a disciplined, go-getter mentality. Strong work ethic and highly disciplined. Great communicator, able to take complicated products and make them easy to understand. Takes initiative, seeks to make themselves and their team better. A strong listener, highly empathetic, open to coaching and feedback.
Do we make cold calls?
No, we connect you to consumers who are actively shopping for insurance.
Licensure & Qualifications
Am I responsible for additional license expenses?
No. We invest in you to set you up for success. All licensing expenses are handled by the company.
Do I need my own E&O insurance?
E&O Coverage is provided for all permanent full time Advisors.
What product(s) will I sell?
We sell ACA compliant health plans, short-term medical plans, healthcare sharing programs to our healthcare customers under 65. We also offer Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and prescription drug plans. For life insurance, we carry final expense, whole life, term life and more options. Our product suite rounds out with ancillary offerings such as ancillary products such as dental, vision, accident, critical illness and more.
Will you be adding additional products? When?
We are constantly reviewing the market to make sure we have the best products and carriers. We currently have relationships with Aetna, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, Lumico, AIG, Anthem, Mutual of Omaha, National General, and more.
Do advisors take payments over the phone?
Yes, we will connect you with qualified customers who need end-to-end assistance on the application process system.
Will I be able to contact clients I have sold to cross-sell future products?
Yes - we are here to facilitate long-lasting relationships with the clients that we serve. We expect you to do this.
Training & Support
What is the training for an advisor?
We provide a multiple-week intensive and interactive training. You will cover products, terminology, systems, scripts and sales methodologies. Certifications. All advisors are paid for training.
What if I’m already licensed?
If you’re already licensed as an advisor, you will have one less week of training to complete. Your training period will still be paid.
What do I do if I have technical issues during the workday? Is there technical support?
We have both remote and onsite IT support available all day to assist you.
What equipment is provided?
We provide you with a computer, high-quality headset and dual monitors. All you need is high-speed internet that meets our minimum qualifications if you’re remote, and that’s provided if you are working out of our headquarters in Evansville or the Boston area.
Where is the office located?
Our primary office is in Evansville, Indiana. We also offer office space in the Boston area, and are looking to expand our presence in Texas very soon.
Do you have remote opportunities?
Yes, as long as you have a private place to work, stable internet connection and the appropriate hardware, you can work anywhere!
What is my work schedule, can I work flexible hours?
Standard hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9-6 am EST. During Q4 enrollment season (10/1-12/31), our hours are much more dynamic with opportunities for overtime for successful advisors in the evenings and sometimes on weekends.
Do I get residuals?
Are there referral bonuses for identifying additional sales advisors?
Yes! For each advisor you refer and we bring onboard, we’ll give you a competitive referral bonus.
What is the payment schedule?
Bi-weekly paychecks for your base salary plus commissions in your second paycheck of the month.
